Haggis is a traditional Scottish dish made from sheep’s pluck (heart, liver, and lungs), oatmeal, suet, spices and herbs. Kevin recommends trying haggis at a Burns Night Supper, which is a celebration of the life of Scottish poet Robert Burns.
5. Drink Whisky
Whisky is a type of distilled alcoholic beverage made from fermented grain mash. Scotland is home to some of the world’s best whisky distilleries, including Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, and Macallan. Kevin recommends visiting a whisky distillery and taking a tour.
